Our surf and yoga retreat in Portugal invites you to discover the powerful synergy between yoga and surfing. By strengthening our bodies and stretching our limbs, we'll progress in both the yoga classes and the surf lessons. We also practise how to stay mindful in the moment, which is key in both. No matter where you are on your yoga journey or the level of your surfing, we'll adapt our classes to your level.
So, what should I expect?
Live in the moment
The surf and yoga retreat in Portugal starts with early morning yoga allowing you to connect with your inner self through yoga, pranayama and meditation. Afterwards, we indulge in a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of healthy, tasty choices.
Next, it's time for the surf lesson. Feel at one with nature and have loads of fun while exercising your mindfulness and strength in a new element. Later on, you can explore the local area, hang out at the camp, join another yoga class or maybe treat yourself to a massage at the camp.
We also arrange day trips throughout the week to a nearby vineyard and the vibrant capital city of Lisbon. Portugal is one of those places that makes you feel truly alive! In the evening, we gather for dinner and social events with great vibes, good conversations and reflection while watching the stunning sunset.

We have made a commitment to our ocean, beaches and community. They are our playground, our home and our livelihood. We are going to leave them better than we found them. That means that all our employees, friends and guests helps out with recycling and taking other actions for the environment. Each week there are beach cleaning and recycling activities to ensure that our home stays the way it was supposed to be.
