JUNIOR CONTENT PRODUCER (FULL-TIME, 1-YEAR CONTRACT)
Who We Are
We are a small but fast-growing company that has expanded significantly over the last 10 years. Today, we operate surf camps in 10 destinations worldwide, welcoming over 10,000 international guests each year for unforgettable experiences.
At Lapoint, you will join a fully remote team of highly skilled and self-motivated individuals from all over the world. This job is perfect for those who value flexibility, autonomy, and a dynamic work environment.
We offer an outstanding work-life balance with flexible hours, and you are free to work from anywhere with reliable WiFi. While we prefer candidates based in European time zones, we are also open to candidates in our Lapoint destinations.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and self-motivated Junior Content Producer to join our team on a 1-year contract. You thrive in an environment where taking initiative is encouraged, and you’re comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
As someone who is sociable and good with people, you know how to build strong relationships with teams, guests, and surf instructors to capture authentic, engaging content. You’re adaptable, resourceful, and able to think on your feet and find creative solutions—whether you’re filming in ever-changing natural conditions, working with guests in a relaxed camp setting, or editing from your laptop.
This role involves traveling to our destinations when required, but it is not a full-time travel position. Instead, you will focus on delivering high-impact content that aligns with our brand strategy and content pillars.
Responsibilities
Work with the Social & Content Manager to develop content plans, compelling narratives, shot lists, and creative concepts that resonate with Lapoint’s audience.
Content Creation: Travel to Lapoint destinations as needed to capture authentic moments of camp life, surf progression, and adventure.
When on site at Lapoint destinations, communicate clearly and regularly with the Social & Content Manager during shoots to provide updates, adjust plans if needed, and ensure alignment. Coordinate with camp staff, instructors, and guests to facilitate smooth filming without disrupting the guest experience.
Ensure all pre-agreed content deliverables are captured and delivered according to the content plan.
Editing & Post-Production: Craft high-quality videos and visuals optimised for Lapoint’s digital platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on surf culture, social media trends, and emerging content formats to keep our content engaging and relevant.
Content management: Properly organise and store raw footage and edited content for easy access and future use. Maintain a structured archive of digital assets, ensuring footage is easily retrievable for campaigns or future repurposing.
Provide input on creative improvements based on engagement metrics and audience feedback.
Requirements
Professional experience in content creation and video editing (portfolio required).
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging visual narratives.
A solid understanding of surf culture and experience creating content for surf-focused audiences.
Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment, takes initiative, and is comfortable making decisions independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy working with people, capturing authentic moments, and telling real stories.
Preferably based in a European time zone or one of our Lapoint destinations.
Ability to travel to Lapoint’s destinations as needed (travel is project-based, not constant).
Fluent English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
What We Offer
Competitive salary based on experience
The opportunity to travel to Lapoint surf camps and work in some of the world’s most beautiful surf destinations.
All travel expenses covered, including flights, accommodation, and on-site costs when working from Lapoint destinations.
A creative, relaxed environment where you’ll contribute to shaping the brand’s digital presence.
A flexible and remote work setup with a supportive and collaborative team that values creativity, innovation, and authenticity
